iOS 5 Troubleshooter

1 Where is my app?

Problem

I can't find iStayHealthy on my device - after I upgraded to iOS 5. (this may also happen with other apps)

Answer

This seems to happen when users enable iCloud on their device. For some reason it cannot match the Apple ID (used for iCloud) with previously installed apps.
The answer is to simply reinstall the app from iTunes.
There is a good chance that your data will still be there and you don't have to re-enter everything.

2 What happened to my alerts?

Problem

After I upgraded to iOS 5, iStayHealthy no longer fires off alarms. But when I go into the Alert menu, the alarm is still there.

Answer

iOS 5 has a new Notification tool. You will need to set up your notification for every app in the Notification Centre.

3 When I set Repeats and change the default Sounds, the app crashes

Problem

iStayHealthy crashes, when I want to edit/change the sound or repeats for my alarms. This happens after I upgraded to iOS 5.

Answer

This problem is specific to iOS 5 (and does not happen on previous versions of iOS).
The problem has been fixed with the latest version of iStayHealthy (version 2.0.1). Download it from iTunes.
